SHIPPING & RETURNS
Many companies will not ship body butter during the summer months, however, Whipped Addiction will still ship items. It is our top product and we wouldn't reach our #Monet'sBodyBabes without having this product available.
We have made some accommodations to make shipping things that might melt during the summer more feasible. All packages that contain products that might melt and are shipped during high heat times will be packed with gel ice packs (These are reusable so that you can get some use out of them too!) All summer orders containing these products will also be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS so we can get it to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We DO NOT ship First Class April through October .
October through February orders will not include an ice pack and will ship First Class Packages only if possible or Priority mail depending on weight size or you can select UPS .

Products will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. This applies to summer months .Shipping for October through February is 5-7 business days- COVID-19 can affect this timeframe .We have studied the shipping timeframes and have decided it is best to ship items Monday thru Thursdays (one to three-day shipping. What does this mean? See below:

We WILL NOT ship on Thursdays for 3-day orders, so we can ensure that your body butter will not sit in a hot warehouse. We will only ship 3-day orders Monday thru Wednesdays.
We take pride in packaging and making sure your items are still in a whipped formula when you receive your order. We can not control what happens once USPS or UPS delivers your item. Any mailbox or front porch can get extremely hot. Please be sure to have your items delivered to an address where someone can pick up your package.
To be sure of this a signature will be required for all packages over $85.00.Please keep an eye on your tracking numbers and grab them as quickly as possible. How? Ship to work if possible, or to a friend, or relatives home so they can bring your package inside. If not the package will sit in the heat and possibly melt.
Packages Not Received
Please be sure to review your shipping information. All packages are insured when shipped through UPS and Priority Mail through USPS. If your package is not received yet shows delivered. Please contact the carrier USPS or UPS. We are not liable once the carrier is in possession of the package nor when it shows delivered and you have not received it. If you have any concerns please contact us via email. In the subject field include your name and order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 24 hours to contact us in regards to the product that you received.
You’ll also need proof of purchase which can be your order confirmation. All information has to be verified.
